💰 Salary: SAR 4,000 – 6,000/month
Requirements:
* Minimum relevant experience in Facilities Management companies.
* Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and FM services.
* Experience in business development, client acquisition, lead generation, and contract
development.
* Strong network with facility managers, property managers, developers, building
owners, and corporate clients.
* Ability to arrange meetings with key decision-makers and convert leads into business
opportunities.
* Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, negotiations, and closing FM
contracts.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
* Candidates with an established FM client network will be preferred.
