## 🔹 1. SCAFFOLDER – ERECTION
We are seeking experienced **Scaffolder Erection personnel** with strong practical experience in the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
* Install scaffolding in accordance with approved procedures, drawings, and project requirements.
* Ensure scaffolding is properly secured, level, braced, and stable.
* Carry out scaffolding erection activities under the direction of the Scaffolding Supervisor.
* Inspect scaffolding components before installation and report damaged or defective materials.
* Follow all working-at-height, HSE, and site safety requirements.
* Correctly use required PPE and fall-protection equipment.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition.
### **Mandatory Requirements**
✅ Proven experience in **Scaffolding Erection**
✅ Valid **TÜV Scaffolding Certificate**
✅ **Valid TÜV Certificate ID – MANDATORY**
✅ Practical experience in erection, modification, and dismantling

# 🔹 2. SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISOR
We are looking for an experienced **Scaffolding Supervisor** capable of leading scaffolding teams and managing erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding activities on site.
* Lead scaffolding crews and allocate manpower according to project requirements.
* Plan and monitor daily scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling works.
* Ensure scaffolding is installed according to approved drawings, procedures, and standards.
* Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, HSE, and other site departments.
* Monitor the quality and safety of scaffolding installations.
* Ensure inspection and tagging procedures are properly implemented.
* Identify unsafe conditions and ensure immediate corrective action.
* Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress.
* Prepare and submit daily scaffolding progress reports.
* Ensure full compliance with project HSE requirements.

We are seeking a qualified **Scaffolding Inspector** responsible for verifying that scaffolding structures are safely erected, properly maintained, and compliant with approved standards and project requirements.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct inspections of scaffolding structures before they are released for use.
* Inspect scaffolding following erection, modification, relocation, or significant changes.
* Verify scaffold stability, access, platforms, guardrails, bracing, ties, base supports, and other critical components.
* Identify unsafe conditions, defects, and non-compliant installations.
* Ensure appropriate scaffolding tagging and status identification.
* Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
* Coordinate with Scaffolding Supervisors, Construction, and HSE teams.
* Prevent the use of scaffolding that does not meet safety requirements.
* Conduct follow-up inspections after corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with applicable project scaffolding and HSE requirements.
