I am a Civil Engineer with 14+ years of professional experience in construction supervision, infrastructure development, project coordination, contract administration, quality control, cost monitoring, progress management, and site execution. I hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Management, along with professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) and ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor.
Throughout my career, I have been involved in major infrastructure and building projects, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, schedules, and budgets. My experience includes road and pavement works, utilities, drainage, sewerage, water supply, earthworks, structures, quantity verification, interim payment certification, progress monitoring, inspections, testing, and project documentation.
I am experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, identifying and resolving site issues, monitoring contractor performance, reviewing technical submissions, verifying quantities and measurements, and maintaining effective communication among project stakeholders. I also have a strong understanding of project controls, earned value concepts, cost management, risk management, quality management, and contract administration.
