🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall construction activities from execution through completion.
Manage Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP coordination.
Ensure project delivery according to approved schedule, budget, quality and HSE requirements.
Coordinate with Client, Consultant, subcontractors and project teams.
Monitor progress, resources, manpower and construction performance.
Resolve technical and site issues and ensure timely completion.
Lead project planning, coordination and handover activities.
🔹 Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
🚨 Proven experience as a Project Manager in 5-Star Hotel Construction – Mandatory.
🚨 High-Rise Tower Construction Experience – Mandatory.
✅ Strong experience managing large-scale building projects.
✅ Excellent leadership, coordination and decision-making skills.
⭐ Immediately available / Immediate Joiner will be strongly preferred.
🚫 Candidates without relevant 5-star hotel and high-rise tower experience will not be considered.
