I am currently residing in Zahra are near Care hospital in a villa full floor with fully furnished rooms and the owner would like to demolish it and build new studio villas and want us to vacate the property by December, 2026.
We are absolutely satified with our villa and the facilities here are overwhelming alhumdulillah.
The Saudi owner is also a great and humble person.
We are seeking similar kind of property on rent and in Zahra and Malaz only.
The starting date of our rent should be from December 2026 or January 2027 until we vacate our current villa and transfer our rent agreement to the newly selected Villa.
