Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, manage field technicians and labor workforce, and ensure project activities are executed safely, on schedule, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate will act as the primary bridge between management and site execution teams, ensuring smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee daily operation and maintenance tasks, assign workforce tasks, and ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.

Workforce Management: Monitor daily attendance, track productivity, resolve site-level conflicts, and ensure proper discipline among technicians and laborers.
Quality Assurance: Inspect completed tasks for quality compliance, identify defects or corrective actions, and ensure prompt resolution.
Resource & Material Tracking: Monitor site tools, machinery, and material consumption; request necessary replenishments to avoid work delays.
Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with engineers, client representatives, and sub-contractors; maintain accurate daily site logs, progress reports, and incident tracking.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Site Supervisor in Operation & Maintenance (O&M), construction, or facilities management projects.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical field.
Skills: Strong leadership, site coordination, problem-solving, and task delegation capabilities.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for site reporting and daily attendance logs.
Languages: Good communication skills in English; working knowledge of Arabic and Hindi/Urdu is highly preferred.
