I’m looking for a serious and hands-on business partner to launch a self-service noodle restaurant concept in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
The idea is to create a simple, affordable, and scalable restaurant where customers can choose their noodles, customize them with different ingredients/toppings, and prepare or complete their meal through a self-service experience.
The focus will be on simplicity, a fun customer experience, efficient operations, low staffing requirements, and a concept that can potentially be replicated in multiple locations if the first branch succeeds.
Ideal Partner Profile:
• Based in Madinah or able to be actively present
• Proven experience in setting up or operating restaurants/F&B businesses in Saudi Arabia
• Experience with self-service restaurants or similar concepts is highly preferred
• Good understanding of Madinah municipality licensing, permits, and F&B requirements
• Strong knowledge of commercial locations and site selection in Madinah
• Ideally a chef, or someone with strong food and menu-development experience
• Understands food costing, suppliers, inventory, waste control, staffing, and margins
• Able to participate actively in setting up and operating the business
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Reliable, transparent, and comfortable working under a clear written partnership agreement
I’m prepared to invest and will be actively involved in developing and building the business. I’m not simply looking for an investor. I’m looking for someone whose F&B and operational expertise complements mine and who wants to build the concept together from the ground up.
