Apartment is available today onwards and my existing contract will be end on 15th November 2026. ( Monthly rental is 2000 plus electricity on actual consumption basis)
After that if you want to continue you can but till 30th April 2027 because after that building will be transfer to another management company and you have to make seperate contract for period 16th Nov till 30th April, same rent 2200 monthly nd electricity based on actual consumption.
