Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed plumbing and firefighting drawings for accommodations, villas, kitchens, offices, infrastructure, and related facilities.
• Prepare shop drawings, installation drawings, and detailed MEP drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural and structural designers/detailers to identify and resolve clashes and conflicts.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable local standards, specifications, and approved materials.
• Prepare accurate material lists and quantity requirements.
• Review and update drawings based on site requirements and design changes.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of plumbing design and drafting software.
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Revit MEP experience is an advantage.
• SketchUp Pro experience is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of plumbing, firefighting, HVAC/MEP drawings and installation requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
Requirements:

✅ Relevant experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC is preferred
