We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our hotel maintenance team.
Requirements:
🔧 Good knowledge of General Maintenance, including:
* Electrical works
* Plumbing
* AC/HVAC basic maintenance
* Painting
* Carpentry
* Furniture, fixtures and fittings repairs
* General hotel maintenance and repairs
🏨 The candidate should be able to handle maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, hotel facilities, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
🛠️ Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, routine inspections, maintenance repairs, and facility/equipment monitoring is preferred.
🤝 The candidate should be able to communicate politely and professionally with hotel guests and staff.
👨🔧 Candidates with experience in Electrical, Plumbing, AC/HVAC, Carpentry, or other maintenance trades are welcome to apply. Multi-skilled candidates will be given preference.
✅ Hotel industry experience is an advantage.
📌 Minimum 1 year of experience in the hotel industry is advantage.
