We are seeking experienced and qualified Scaffolding Supervisors for an industrial project with Qahtani in Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia.
2. MANDATORY CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Candidates must possess a Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Certification with a minimum remaining validity of 3 months. Candidates with 6 months or more of certification validity will be preferred.
Saudi Aramco project experience is highly desirable.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising scaffolding erection, modification, inspection and dismantling activities in accordance with approved procedures and applicable Saudi Aramco project requirements.
The role includes managing scaffolding teams, coordinating with site engineers and HSE personnel, verifying scaffold safety and inspection tags, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and load requirements, conducting toolbox talks, maintaining inspection records and ensuring all activities are completed safely and within the project schedule.
The supervisor will also be responsible for identifying unsafe conditions, implementing corrective measures and maintaining accurate scaffolding documentation.
4. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant scaffolding supervision experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial or EPC projects.
Applicants must demonstrate sound knowledge of scaffolding safety, erection and dismantling procedures, inspection requirements and industrial HSE practices.
The ability to interpret scaffolding drawings, lead a workforce and coordinate effectively with project teams is essential.
Candidates holding valid or recently expiring Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Certification will be considered in accordance with client requirements.
