We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in specialty coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders efficiently.
Prepare and serve hot/cold coffee beverages, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages to standard recipe specifications.
Demonstrate proficiency in latte art and milk steaming techniques.
Maintain clean work areas, coffee stations, and equipment in compliance with health and hygiene standards.
Handle customer orders, take payments, and provide friendly, fast service.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a busy cafe or coffee shop.
Solid knowledge of coffee extraction, espresso calibration, and coffee bean varieties.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Transferable Iqama required (for local candidates).
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
