We are a leading construction company, China Railway 18 Bureau, seeking an experienced professional for the following position:
🏗️ LOGISTICS ENGINEER
Must have strong knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit
📋 Requirements
10+ years of relevant professional experience in construction logistics.
Proven experience in High-Rise Building projects and 4/5-Star Hotel projects.
Candidates must have at least 80% High-Rise Building experience from their total professional experience.
AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is mandatory.
Strong understanding of construction-site logistics, material movement, transportation, storage, and coordination.
Candidates without High-Rise Building and 4/5-Star Hotel experience will NOT be considered.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics activities for high-rise construction projects.
Develop and maintain site logistics plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
Coordinate material deliveries, transportation, storage, and distribution across the project site.
Prepare and update logistics layouts, access routes, material storage areas, lifting zones, and temporary facilities.
Coordinate with construction, procurement, warehouse, engineering, and subcontractor teams.
Monitor the movement of materials, equipment, machinery, and manpower within the project site.
Plan delivery schedules to avoid site congestion and construction delays.
Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials and equipment.
Identify and resolve logistics-related issues affecting project progress.
Maintain accurate logistics records, schedules, and reports.
Ensure logistics activities comply with project requirements, safety standards, and company procedures.
Support project management in optimizing site logistics and improving operational efficiency.

Candidates MUST have 80% High-Rise Building experience from their total professional experience.
