Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise architectural finishing works on-site.
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Monitor subcontractors and site teams to ensure high-quality execution.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and material requests and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate architectural works with mechanical and electrical works.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
- Inspect subcontractors’ work and coordinate handover to the consultant.
- Resolve technical issues and address site observations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- 8–10 years of experience in site execution and finishing works within construction companies.
- Strong experience in interior and exterior finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and details.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong team-management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of finishing materials, quality standards, and safety requirements.
