We are looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to support fulfillment and delivery operations and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on order fulfillment activities.
Coordinate order preparation, dispatch, and delivery.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
Track order and delivery status and resolve any delays or issues.
Maintain accurate fulfillment and delivery records.
Support fulfillment operations across multiple warehouse locations.
Prepare basic operational reports as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Fulfillment, Delivery Operations, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or a similar role.
Good coordination and organizational skills.
Good computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Valid Iqama and transferable sponsorship are required.
