We are looking for hardworking and reliable **Dates Packing Staff** to join our production team in Dubai. The ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to support daily dates sorting, packing, and production activities while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Sort and pack dates according to company standards
* Check products for quality and proper packaging
* Label, seal, and prepare boxes for storage and dispatch
* Arrange packed products in the designated area
* Assist with loading and unloading when required
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area
* Follow food safety and company procedures
* Support daily production and packing operations
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in dates packing, food packing, factory, or production work is an advantage
* Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Hardworking, punctual, and responsible
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Immediate joiners preferred
