We are looking for hardworking and reliable **Factory Workers** to join our production team in Dubai. The ideal candidates should be physically fit, responsible, and able to support daily manufacturing and production operations while maintaining quality standards.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist with daily factory production activities
* Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision
* Pack, label, and prepare finished products
* Check products for quality and ensure proper standards
* Load, unload, and move materials safely
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
* Follow factory safety rules and company procedures
* Support supervisors and production teams with assigned tasks
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a Factory Worker, Production Helper, or Packing Helper is an advantage
* Physically fit and able to perform manual work
* Hardworking, punctual, and responsible
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Good teamwork and willingness to learn
* Immediate joiners preferred
