Job Title: Professional Male Barber
Location: Bahrain
Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in professional barbering and hair styling.
Nationalities: Open to candidates from Turkey, Pakistan, the Philippines, Tunisia, Morocco, and Egypt.
Appearance & Hygiene: Excellent personal grooming, well-presented appearance, and strict adherence to top hygiene standards.
Skills: Expertise in modern and classic haircuts, beard trimming/shaping, razor shaves, and hair treatments.
Salary & Benefits:
First 6 Months: BHD 110 per month (probationary period).
After 6 Months: BHD 160 – BHD 200 per month (based on performance evaluation) + attractive sales/service commission.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality haircutting, styling, and grooming services to clients.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional work station and tools at all times.
Provide strong customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
