Operate and set up Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) machines.
Adjust welding parameters according to production requirements and approved procedures.
Monitor welding quality during operation and ensure compliance with specifications.
Check welding wires, flux, and consumable levels.
Identify basic welding defects and operational issues.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any faults.
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Requirements:
Practical experience operating SAW welding machines.
Experience in steel pipe manufacturing or heavy industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of welding parameters and common welding defects.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Must be willing to attend a technical interview and practical test.
