We are looking for an experienced MEP Construction Supervisor with a strong background in building construction to supervise and coordinate daily MEP activities on construction sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting works, with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily MEP installation and construction activities.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting works.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Supervise technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and site progress.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
Identify and resolve MEP clashes, technical issues, and installation problems.
Ensure all works follow approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety requirements.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and handover activities.
Prepare daily/weekly progress and manpower reports.
Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in MEP construction supervision.
Strong hands-on experience in building construction is required.
Experience in villas, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings.
Experience supervising construction teams and subcontractors.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.
