We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor with a strong background in building construction to supervise and coordinate daily MEP activities on construction sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MEP installations and the ability to manage site teams, technicians, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Supervise technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and daily site progress.
Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
Identify and resolve MEP coordination issues, clashes, and installation problems.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works.
Ensure compliance with HSE and construction safety requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly progress/manpower reports.
Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in MEP site supervision within the construction industry.
Strong building construction experience is required.
Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings.
Experience managing construction teams and subcontractors.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred.
Experience with villas, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Candidates with mainly maintenance/facilities experience without strong construction experience may not be suitable.
