We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating MEP works, ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate MEP works for construction projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Supervise MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and site activities.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor project progress, quality, materials, and manpower requirements.
Conduct site inspections and ensure MEP works comply with approved standards and requirements.
Prepare progress reports, technical documents, and site updates.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related MEP issues.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain construction regulations, health and safety requirements, and project specifications.
Assist with project planning, cost control, procurement, and material coordination.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an MEP Project Engineer in construction projects.
Experience with commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, villas, or large-scale projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with Bahrain/GCC construction experience are preferred.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
