2–5 years of experience in monitoring, operations coordination, control room activities, logistics, transportation, or similar environments.
Experience using IVMS, GPS, telematics, or monitoring systems preferred.
The role is responsible for centralized monitoring and coordination of company vehicles, facilities, and operational activities, supporting safe, secure, and efficient business operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Monitor company vehicles through IVMS/GPS monitoring systems
• Monitor company facilities, parking areas, buildings, and operational premises
• Identify safety hazards, operational issues, and abnormalities
• Escalate safety and operational concerns to relevant departments
• Coordinate with HSE, Operations, PMV, Transportation, Maintenance & Security teams
• Support vehicle monitoring, incident reporting, and facility-related issue coordination
