We are looking for an experienced **IT Support Specialist** to join our team in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**.
Requirements:
* **Any nationality**
* **Age: 25–40 years**
* Minimum **5 years of relevant IT experience**
* Diploma, **vocational/technical certificate**, or degree in **Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer Science**, or a related field
* Strong experience in **IT technical support and troubleshooting**
* Good knowledge of **Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking**
* Experience with **hardware and software installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting**
* Knowledge of **network infrastructure, file servers, NAS, backup solutions, and remote support**
* Experience with **PowerShell, network troubleshooting, or IT security** is an advantage
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support to users
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot IT-related issues
* Maintain computers, servers, network equipment, and IT infrastructure
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access
* Assist with network and server administration
* Perform hardware/software installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance
* Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues
* Support data backup, file servers, and storage systems
