The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing leads and sales executives, conducting customer meetings, preparing quotations, following up opportunities, closing deals, and building a strong sales pipeline.
Main Responsibilities:
Generate new corporate and SME customers
Manage and develop the sales team
Cold calling, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn prospecting
Conduct customer meetings and presentations
Understand customer email/IT requirements
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
Follow up leads until closure
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with technical and accounts teams
Build long-term customer relationships
Develop partnerships and referral opportunities

Candidates with experience selling any of the following will be preferred:
Business email hosting
Web hosting
Microsoft 365
Google Workspace
SaaS solutions
Cloud services
IT services
Cybersecurity
ERP / CRM
Telecom or managed IT services
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years B2B sales experience
Previous experience managing a sales team preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong follow-up and closing ability
Basic understanding of domains, email hosting and cloud/IT services
Comfortable dealing with business owners, IT managers and management
CRM and sales reporting experience
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Languages:
English – Required
Arabic – Strongly preferred
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Sales Commission + Performance Incentives
The selected candidate will receive product and technical sales training on SaudiEmailHost solutions.
Candidates who have experience selling IT, cloud, hosting, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or related technology services in Saudi Arabia will be given preference.
