We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in civil construction.
Experience supervising civil site activities and manpower.
Good knowledge of excavation, concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing works.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of site safety and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil works and workforce.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, schedule, and safety standards.
Monitor progress and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
