With over 12 years of experience in document management, I have built a strong career supporting complex construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects through disciplined document control, process governance, and information management leadership. My experience covers the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and final handover, ensuring that project information remains accurate, compliant, traceable, and accessible at every stage.

As a Document Control Manager, I have successfully established, managed, and improved document control systems and procedures across major projects including Design and Build of Dams, Lakebed Treatment and Bow Project (NEOM-Trojena), ECI Phase-01 for KSIA T6, Water Reservoir and Transmission Main Project (NEOM-Albida/Magna), Riyadh Metro Project, Fadhili Gas Plant Communications & Security System Project (Jubail-Package-09), Pak American Fertilizer (Pakistan), along that high-rise Construction developments, gas plants, airport terminals, Rail Line and infrastructure works. I am highly experienced in industry-leading EDMS and project information systems such as Aconex Oracle, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Documentation, SharePoint, SAP, and P6, along with other project-specific platforms. Beyond systems, I take pride in mentoring document control teams, conducting quality audits as a Lead Internal Auditor, and providing management with meaningful reporting, dashboards, and statistical analysis that support better decision-making.
