• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant proposal/bidding experience with an Oil & Gas Engineering, EPC or PMC company.
• Good understanding of Engineering, Procurement and Construction project execution.
• Experience in both technical and commercial bid preparation.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination and analytical skills.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco or other major Oil & Gas clients in Saudi Arabia will be an advantage.
