We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor with a strong background in building construction. The successful candidate will supervise daily MEP site activities, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Supervise technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and daily progress.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
Identify and resolve MEP clashes, installation issues, and site coordination problems.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with HSE and construction safety requirements.
Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, and suppliers.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP site supervision within the construction industry.
Strong building construction experience is a must.
Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings.
Experience supervising construction teams and subcontractors.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Experience with villas, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Candidates with mainly maintenance/facilities experience without strong construction experience may not be suitable.
