We are looking for an experienced MEP Construction Supervisor with a strong background in building construction to supervise and coordinate MEP works on construction sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing site teams, subcontractors, installations, and daily MEP activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily MEP construction and installation activities.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting works.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Supervise technicians, workers, and subcontractors.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, quality, and work progress.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship.
Identify and resolve MEP clashes and site-related issues.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and safety procedures.
Prepare daily progress and manpower reports.
Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant MEP construction supervision experience.
Strong building construction background is required.
Experience in villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP/shop drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
