Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit Telecom Tower Rigger with extensive, hands-on experience in the structural erection and dismantling of telecommunication towers. The ideal candidate will execute critical tower installation, heavy rigging, structural alignment, and quality control operations while adhering to strict safety and engineering standards.
Technical Job Requirements
* Education: Diploma, ITI, or an equivalent technical qualification.
* Core Experience: 3–6 years of mandatory, hands-on experience in telecom tower installation, structural assembly, and heavy rigging.
* Operational Skills: Expertise in tower erection (guyed, self-supporting, and monopoles), dismantling, structural alignment, and steelwork assembly.
* Quality Assurance: Proven ability to conduct rigorous structural QC checks, verify tower verticality, ensure proper hardware torquing, and rectify structural defects according to industry standards.
* Field Readiness: Physically fit with verified experience in tower climbing, rope access, and working at extreme heights.
* Mobility: Valid KSA Driving License.
Eligibility & General Requirements
* Location: Must be currently residing within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
* Work Authorization: Must hold a valid and transferable Iqama.
* Work Environment: Willingness to operate in challenging field conditions and respond promptly to emergency callouts.
* Professionalism: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an unwavering commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
