🔹 Candidate Requirements
✅ Relevant Engineering Degree
✅ 5+ years of experience in construction/project execution
✅ Strong knowledge of site supervision and construction practices
✅ Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs
✅ Good coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines
✅ Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred
