We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic **Junior Barista** to join our café team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, good customer service skills, and the willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced café environment.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist in preparing coffee, beverages, and café products
* Support senior baristas with daily coffee preparation tasks
* Take customer orders and provide friendly service
* Operate coffee machines and maintain proper cleanliness
* Prepare hot and cold beverages according to standards
* Maintain cleanliness of the café counter and equipment
* Refill ingredients, supplies, and monitor stock levels
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a Junior Barista, Barista Assistant, or Café Staff is an advantage
* Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Immediate joiners preferred
