1. Supervise and ensure that surveying teams responsible for construction activities carry out self-inspections, cross-inspections, handover inspections, and professional inspections.
2. Supervise construction subcontractors to perform their work in accordance with the approved work/construction schedule.
3. Prepare surveying plans and acceptance/inspection plans; assist in reviewing work activities and coordinate interfaces between different work teams.
4. Coordinate with construction subcontractor teams to ensure that quality inspections are conducted in a timely manner.
Working Hours:
Working hours shall be arranged in accordance with local laws and project requirements, with daily working hours of not less than 8 hours on working days.
Qualifications
1. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
2. Industry / Project Experience: Familiar with on-site surveying management processes in engineering/construction projects. Experience working for a construction company is required; overseas working experience is preferred.
3. Competencies / Personal Attributes: Loyal, good communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
4. Educational Background: Degree/diploma in Surveying Engineering or a related discipline.
5. Language: Good command of English.
6. Gender & Age: Male candidates aged 28–40 preferred.
