We are a leading construction company, China Railway 18 Bureau, and we are looking for experienced professionals for the following positions:

1-Logistics Officer
2-Logistics Supervisor
🎯 Required Experience
10+ years of relevant experience in logistics, preferably within major construction projects.
Candidates must have experience in High-Rise Buildings and 4/5-Star Hotels.
At least 80% of the candidate’s total experience must be in High-Rise Building projects.
Candidates without High-Rise Building and 4/5-Star Hotel experience will NOT be considered.

🏗️ Key Responsibilities
Logistics Officer / Supervisor:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily logistics operations at construction sites.
Manage the movement, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, construction, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
Monitor deliveries and ensure materials reach the required locations on schedule.
Maintain accurate records of material movements, deliveries, and inventory.
Coordinate transportation, loading/unloading, and site deliveries.
Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials and equipment.
Monitor logistics schedules and resolve delivery or transportation issues.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, drivers, and transport companies.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company logistics policies.
Prepare logistics reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support efficient site operations by minimizing delays and optimizing logistics resources.
⚠️ IMPORTANT SCREENING CRITERIA
Candidates must have 80% High-Rise Building experience from their total professional experience.
❌ Without High-Rise Building + 4/5-Star Hotel experience, please DO NOT submit your CV.
