🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on arbitration cases within logistics operations.
Investigate lost, damaged, and other shipment-related cases with strong attention to detail.
Ensure all cases are handled in accordance with company SOPs and processes.
Coordinate with and follow up closely with the Operations team to ensure timely investigation and resolution of tickets.
Prepare and maintain Excel reports, case trackers, and operational analysis.
Identify the root cause of cases and ensure proper documentation and closure.
Support claims-related activities when required.
🔹 Requirements
Experience in a logistics, express delivery, or courier company is highly preferred.
Candidates with experience in arbitration, claims, case handling, or process management will have priority.
Hands-on experience investigating lost and damaged shipment cases.
Good understanding of the end-to-end logistics operation process.
Strong ability to understand, follow, and implement SOPs.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with Operations teams.
Strong English communication skills.
Good Microsoft Excel skills and reporting ability.
High sense of responsibility, ownership, and attention to detail.
⭐ Experience in claims handling will be an added advantage.
