## About the Role
We are looking for a **multi-skilled IT professional with strong app development experience and hands-on short-term rental/Airbnb management expertise**.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across both **technology and hospitality operations**. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile/web applications while also managing and optimizing our short-term rental properties to maximize occupancy, guest satisfaction, and revenue.

## Key Responsibilities
### 1. App Development & IT Management – 60%
* Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain **mobile applications for iOS and Android**.
* Develop and maintain web applications and related systems.
* Work with technologies such as **Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin**, or equivalent frameworks.
* Manage backend systems, databases, APIs, hosting, and cloud services such as **Firebase and AWS**.
* Integrate payment gateways, booking systems, APIs, and other third-party services.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure applications remain stable and secure.
* Implement data security, backups, updates, and system maintenance.
* Provide general IT support and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
* Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
### 2. Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Operations – 40%
* Create, manage, and optimize listings on **Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms**.
* Optimize listing titles, descriptions, photographs, amenities, and overall presentation.
* Develop pricing strategies to improve **occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue**.
* Use dynamic pricing tools such as **PriceLabs, Beyond, or similar platforms**.
* Manage availability and synchronize calendars across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms.
* Handle guest communication before, during, and after their stay.
* Manage check-in/check-out instructions and resolve guest issues promptly.
* Monitor guest reviews, ratings, and overall guest satisfaction.
* Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and other service providers.
* Monitor property performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
* Maintain records of income and expenses.
* Prepare **monthly occupancy, revenue, and performance reports**.
## Required Qualifications & Experience
* Proven professional experience in **mobile and/or web application development**.
* Strong knowledge of one or more of:
* Flutter
* React Native
* Swift
* Kotlin
* JavaScript / TypeScript
* Backend development
* Experience with databases, APIs, cloud hosting, and third-party integrations.
* Practical experience with **Firebase, AWS, or equivalent cloud platforms**.
* Proven hands-on experience managing **Airbnb or other short-term rental properties**.
* Strong understanding of short-term rental pricing, occupancy optimization, and revenue management.
* Knowledge of Airbnb listing optimization, guest communication, reviews, and Superhost requirements.
* Experience with **PMS / Channel Management systems** such as Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, or similar platforms.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English**.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
## Preferred Skills
* UI/UX design experience using **Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools**.
* Experience with automation, AI tools, and chatbots for guest communication.
* Experience integrating AI/API-based solutions into applications.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
* Photography or property-content creation skills.
* Experience with revenue management and dynamic pricing.
* Knowledge of the Saudi/GCC short-term rental market is an advantage.
* Arabic language skills are an advantage but **not mandatory**.
