We are looking for an experienced Bid Graphic Designer with Design Consultancy exposure. GCC experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend internal meetings with the bidding team to identify opportunities requiring graphic design support.
• Adapt custom submissions to existing Adobe InDesign templates, including portfolios, technical proposals, project teams, organisational charts, and relevant experience.
• Create custom presentations in InDesign while following brand guidelines.
• Present technical requirements and proposal content in a visually appealing and professional format.
• Adapt proposals according to client templates, submission formats, page sizes, and digital/print requirements.
• Maintain and update InDesign master templates, project section libraries, graphic assets, and approved brand materials.
• Ensure all materials remain aligned with the company portfolio and website.
Required Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Good understanding of typography, text formatting, and layout design
• Digital and print design experience
• Excellent written English with strong proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt brand guidelines across different layouts
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Confidence in using AI tools and platforms
Software Skills:
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
Important: Design consultancy exposure is required. GCC experience is preferred. Candidates should also be comfortable using AI tools and platforms as part of their design workflow.
