• Manage and grow the company's social media accounts.
• Create attractive content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create Reels, videos, product posts, Stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
• Promote our cleaning, disinfectant, and household products online.
• Increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer reach.
• Follow current social media trends and develop creative content ideas.
• Take product photos and videos and create professional promotional materials.
• Respond to customer comments, enquiries, and messages.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare reports.
• Support online marketing campaigns and product launches.
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video-editing tools.
• Good understanding of social media marketing and analytics.
• Creative, energetic, and able to generate new content ideas.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in chemicals, or consumer products will be an advantage.
