Terra Pulse is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the safe, reliable operation of building and facility systems across our sites in Saudi Arabia, with strong expertise in HVAC, fire-fighting systems, and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute Preventive & Planned Maintenance (PPM) programs
Supervise HVAC/AC and fire-fighting system maintenance
Diagnose failures and manage corrective/breakdown maintenance
Prepare work orders, schedules, and inspection reports
Coordinate and oversee technicians, subcontractors, and service providers
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and HSE standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
3–7 years in mechanical maintenance / facilities management
Strong hands-on experience with Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Package Units, Split AC
Solid knowledge of fire-fighting systems and MEP operations
Proven experience supervising technicians and contractors
Willing to travel and work across sites in Saudi Arabia
