4. Removal and dismantling of industrial equipment, machinery, tanks, pipelines, ducts, and associated supports, where applicable.
5. Removal of existing MEP services, including electrical, plumbing, drainage, and other services after proper isolation.
6. Controlled demolition in operational industrial facilities, with proper barricading, access control, and safety precautions.
7. Heavy demolition works using excavators, breakers, loaders, cranes, cutting equipment, and other suitable machinery.
8. Manual demolition and dismantling works in restricted or sensitive areas where heavy equipment cannot be used.
9. Concrete cutting, core cutting, breaking, chipping, and removal as required.
10. Segregation, loading, transportation, recycling, and disposal of demolition debris and scrap materials.
11. Disposal of waste at approved/authorized disposal facilities in accordance with project and environmental requirements.
12. Protection of existing operational facilities, underground/above-ground utilities, pipelines, cables, and adjacent structures.
13. Dust suppression, noise control, fire prevention, and other required HSE measures.
14. Site clearance, final cleaning, backfilling, compaction, and leveling after demolition, where required.
15. Execution of demolition works in accordance with client specifications, approved method statements, risk assessments, HSE requirements, and applicable industrial standards.
