• Analyze business processes and translate functional requirements into effective ERP solutions.
• Configure ERP modules based on organizational requirements and business workflows.
• Work closely with key users and stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend suitable system solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, user guides, and implementation-related documentation.
Conduct system testing, including functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training and support users during implementation and post-go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution when required.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during ERP implementation.
• Monitor system performance from a functional perspective and continuously identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Provide ongoing ERP functional support and ensure smooth day-to-day system operations.
• Coordinate with project teams, developers, and business users to ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions.
