📋 REQUIREMENTS
💼 3–5 years experience in Construction, Contracting, Maintenance, FM, Industrial or Technical Services
🇸🇦 Saudi/GCC experience preferred
🚗 Saudi Driving Licence preferred
📊 Knowledge of Project Management, Cost Control, Procurement, Contracts, HSE & QA/QC
💻 MS Office required
📅 MS Project / Primavera / ERP is an advantage

🤝 Negotiation & decision-making skills

✅ Manage projects, sites, manpower & subcontractors
✅ Monitor schedules, budgets & costs
✅ Manage BOQs, RFQs, tenders, contracts & POs
✅ Manage Variation Orders
✅ Monitor productivity, profitability & KPIs
✅ Support project mobilization & business development
