PROFILE:
- 10+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia
- Aramco Approved Internal Batch Plant QC Inspector
- ACI Grade 1 Certified
- Civil Engineering Diploma (DAE 3 Years)
- Extensive experience in Ready-Mix Concrete and Construction Projects
- Fluent in English, Arabic, Urdu & Pashto
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and QC documentation
KEY EXPERIENCE:
- Raw material inspection and testing
- Concrete batching and approved mix design verification
- Slump, temperature, air content and density testing
- Concrete sampling and cube/cylinder preparation
- W/C ratio and admixture dosage verification
- Batch plant and laboratory equipment calibration
- Trial mix inspection, report review and submission to clients
- WIR preparation and consultant/client inspections
- Concrete pouring and site quality control
- Third-party laboratory coordination and test report follow-up
- NCRs, complaints and corrective actions
- Daily, weekly and monthly QC reports
- Batch records, delivery tickets and quality documentation
