Job Summary
Responsible for the supervision, implementation and maintenance of a company’s IT needs including Infrastructure Security, IT asset management, budgeting, developing strategies and procedures
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Plan and manage the overall IT strategy to meet business needs.
Supervise and guide the IT team to ensure effective service and growth
Oversee and improve the ERP System, SAP ECC 6.0 system, including HR, FICO, MM, PP, and SD modules.
Manage AWS, Office 365, Windows Servers, and VMware for smooth system operations.
Manage 150+ domain users and ensure secure access controls (Active Directory, Group Policies).
Handle network security, including firewalls and endpoint protection with Sophos.
Manage AWS, Windows Server, and Office 365 to ensure smooth deployment and performance.
Oversee CCTV and biometric systems to ensure security and attendance tracking.
Provide support to solve IT problems and ensure minimal disruption.
Manage the IT department budget efficiently.
Qualifications:
Experience with SAP ECC 6.0, AWS, Office 365, and Sophos Security solutions.
Knowledge of server management, network security, and user management.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing IT teams and resources.
