Exposure to PT design software such as ADAPT or RAM Concept is preferred.
Experience coordinating all technical aspects of PT slab works between PT subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
Review PT shop drawings, tendon layouts, anchorage details, and stressing sequences for compliance with approved structural designs.
Track PT material and technical submittals, method statements, ITPs, and approvals through close-out.
Coordinate PT tendon layouts with Structural, MEP, Architectural, and Façade disciplines.
Participate in BIM/3D clash-detection reviews and maintain coordinated PT drawings and floor-release schedules.
Resolve site technical issues including tendon clashes, sleeve conflicts, and drawing discrepancies.
Attend site inspections before concrete pours and monitor PT installation, stressing, and grouting activities.
Review stressing records, elongation reports, and NCRs, and coordinate technical close-out.
Coordinate PT design packages and technical comments with the Consultant and Independent Technical Reviewer.
Represent the Technical Department in subcontractor, consultant, BIM, and progress meetings.
Prepare and maintain PT action trackers, technical issue logs, and weekly PT status reports.
Provide technical input to the Planning Team regarding PT-related floor-cycle sequencing.
Ensure PT works comply with project specifications, approved codes, and safety requirements.
Maintain PT documentation required for as-built drawings and project handover.
