KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead execution of civil earthwork & pipeline construction scopes per contract and Aramco standards
Develop & monitor project schedules, cost control and progress reports
Ensure compliance with Aramco SAGIs, SAEPs, SAES and construction standards
Interface with Aramco Proponent, PMT and CSD representatives
Drive HSE performance and a zero-incident site culture
Manage subcontractors, vendors and site personnel for quality & timely delivery
Oversee QA/QC per Aramco inspection & testing requirements
Manage budget, variation orders, claims and risk mitigation
Support pre-commissioning, commissioning & handover with Aramco Operations
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; PMP certification is a strong advantage
15+ years overall experience in construction project management (oil & gas / industrial)
Minimum 5 years direct Saudi Aramco project experience (EPC / PMT / Owner's Engineer) — mandatory
Strong knowledge of Aramco standards, HSE requirements & contracting procedures
Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary teams & subcontractors
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management & communication skills
Valid Aramco Contractor/Vendor ID or eligibility to obtain one
