Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified Saudi National Local Content Professional with strong experience in Saudi Local Content requirements, procurement, supplier development, compliance, and government projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting Local Content strategies and requirements across company projects, ensuring compliance with applicable Saudi regulations and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Local Content strategies and plans** in line with Saudi requirements.
Monitor and improve the company's Local Content performance and compliance.
Coordinate with procurement, contracts, finance, project management, and supply-chain teams.
Monitor local procurement, Saudi suppliers, local products, workforce, and related Local Content requirements.
Prepare Local Content reports, documentation, calculations, and supporting records.
Follow up on Local Content targets and contractual obligations throughout project execution.
Coordinate with relevant government entities, clients, consultants, and contractors when required.
Support supplier development and identify opportunities to increase the use of qualified Saudi suppliers and locally manufactured products.
Review tenders, contracts, and project requirements related to Local Content.
Maintain accurate Local Content records and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
Prepare management reports and recommendations regarding Local Content performance.
Stay updated on changes to Saudi Local Content regulations, policies, and requirements.
Requirements
Saudi National – Mandatory.
Bachelor's Degree in **Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Proven professional experience in Saudi Local Content.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Local Content requirements and related government procurement regulations.
Experience with LCGPA requirements and Local Content compliance.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, procurement, or major projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of procurement and supplier-development processes.
Excellent analytical, reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
Strong command of **Arabic and English**, written and spoken.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly **Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to coordinate effectively with management, suppliers, contractors, clients, and government entities.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification or specialized training in **Local Content, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Management**.
Experience handling Local Content requirements for **government or large-scale construction/infrastructure projects**.
Experience with Local Content calculations, reporting, compliance documentation, and audits.
Knowledge of Saudi procurement and localization programs.
Strong network and understanding of the Saudi supplier and manufacturing market.

We are looking for a Saudi National professional with proven hands-on Local Content experience, not a general procurement or administrative candidate. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing Local Content requirements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing compliance documentation, and supporting the company in achieving its Local Content objectives.
