Job Title: Safety Officer
Location: Hail / Riyadh / Jeddah
📍 Candidate must be willing to join any location across the Kingdom based on project requirements.
💰 Total Salary: SAR 4,000/- (Inclusive of All)
⏳ Probation Period: 3 Months
👤 Age: Up to 30 years
🪪 Own Iqama Holder Required
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and local safety regulations.
* Conduct routine site inspections and identify potential hazards.
* Implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain a safe work environment.
* Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training.
* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
* Monitor PPE usage and enforce safety standards.
* Maintain safety records, permits, and compliance documentation.
* Coordinate emergency response drills and safety initiatives.
* Prepare risk assessments and method statements and conduct safety audits.
* Have good knowledge of lifting activities and ability to prepare lifting plans.
* Promote a proactive safety culture across the organization.
🔹 Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
* NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent safety certification preferred.
* 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer.
* Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk management.
* Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills are essential.
