Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Bakery Helpers / General Laborers to support daily cake, bakery, and confectionery production activities. The selected candidates will assist bakers, cake decorators, production staff, and other team members in maintaining smooth, hygienic, and efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist bakers and cake decorators with daily production activities.
* Prepare and arrange raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and equipment as instructed.
* Assist in weighing, measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients under supervision.
* Support cake and bakery production by performing basic preparation and handling tasks.
* Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, trays, mixers, ovens, tables, and other production equipment.
* Load and unload raw materials, finished products, boxes, and other bakery supplies.
* Arrange finished cakes and bakery products in designated areas.
* Assist with packing, labeling, sealing, and preparing products for delivery.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area.
* Follow company food-safety, hygiene, and occupational-health-and-safety procedures.
* Handle bakery products carefully to avoid damage or contamination.
* Dispose of waste and maintain proper waste-segregation procedures.
* Assist with stock movement and storage of ingredients and packaging materials.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and production staff.
* Maintain a clean and organized working environment at all times.
* Perform other general duties related to bakery and cake production as assigned by the supervisor.
